Right of withdrawal/ Return policy
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
You are entitled to return your order to us for a no questions asked refund (excluding postage) under the following conditions:
- You purchased the goods directly from Nordic Vitamins OÜ. We cannot issue refunds for Nordic Vitamins products not purchased through Nordic Vitamins directly.
- The goods are unopened and in a saleable condition. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods or not accept the return of the product.
- The goods are returned within 14 days from the date your order was placed. Notification of a return must be communicated in writing to info@norvita.eu. If you fail to notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days, Nordic Vitamins are under no liability to process a refund.
- If the goods are defective in any way. In this case a replacement will be offered, or a full refund will be given if within 14 days of purchase.
Please note, Nordic Vitamins are not liable for the cost of returning an order if you decide for any reason you no longer want the goods.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
Defective goods
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 14 working days of the receipt of the goods in question.
The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 14 days.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
