DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Shake and prime the pump 2-3 times before first use, replace cap afterwards. Rinse nozzle when congested.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults: 5 sprays a day provides 500 mg (625%*) of vitamin C
Children from age 3: 2 sprays a day provides 200 mg (250%*) of vitamin C
